Location:
Plaza Vads (Taman Tun Dr Ismail)
Working hours:
Shift (earliest start at 8.30am, latest end 9.30pm)
Salary:
SPM – RM 1200, Diploma/Degree – RM 1400
Benefit:
Shift allowance - RM 40, PFP – RM 300
Requirement:
- SPM, Diploma, Degree in any field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Retail experience is an advantage
- Must be customer service oriented
- Fluent in English and BM
Responsibilities:
- provide outbound and inbound calls services to contact customer with default bill payments and convincing them on settlement of outstanding accounts by providing settlement packages to suit their current situation
- also accept inbound calls to assist customers in billing enquiries
